Taking the cooperation model of government - production - university - institute - application integration be- tween Qingdao Agricultural University and Lijin County in Dongying City in Shandong province as the case, the paper ana- lyzes their specific methods, and finds out the reasons for success, which can provide reference for the adjustment of agri- cultural industry structure, the development of economics and society, and the construction of new countryside under the drive of this cooperation model.
