Regional industrial cooperation is not only the most substantial content in the development of Guangzhou and Foshan city circle, but also the precondition and basis of the integration and cooperation with other areas. The paper sug- gests that putting emphasis on industry cooperation and promoting the reasonable distribution of interests can effectively pro- mote the all - round cooperation for the circle. Through theoretical analysis, the paper puts forward the industrial coopera- tion strategy, i. e. , constructing Guangzhou - Foshan - city - circle by the means of market regulation and system guaran- tee.
