摘要
高校学术评价制度安排,受制于多种因素,并非都有利于知识存量的增加和科学事业的发展。当前高校学术评价活动中存在的过度量化等问题,是导致学术道德滑坡、学术制度失范、人才培养质量下降的重要因素。针对其弊端和危害,进行思考并提出改进和完善的建议。
Controlled by various factors, the university system of academic evaluation does not completely contribute to knowledge accumulation and science development. The problems in university academic appraisal, such as over - quanti- fication, play important roles in the academic ethics coast, academic system anomie and talent training failure. Aiming at the problems and malpractices, suggestion for improvement and perfection is put forward.
