摘要
分析协同知识创新团队的内涵与特征,探讨其构建过程,在此基础上构建团队的结构模型,并以中国科学院上海巴斯德研究所的协同知识创新团队为例,分析团队成员的角色构成及其作用。该模型可作为我国相关企事业单位和组织协同知识创新团队构建与实施的参考模型。
By the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the team of collaborative knowledge innovation and the exploration of the establishment process of the team, the structure model of the team was built. Taking the collaborative knowledge innovation team of Institute Pasteur of Shanghai, Chinese Academy of Sciences, as an example, the composition of the team members＇ roles was analyzed. It may work as a reference model for related enterprises, institutions and other organizations to establish their teams.
