摘要
采用问卷调查对苏州市人才软环境的满意度进行评价分析,结果显示,苏州市人才软环境满意度总体较好,但各子环境的满意度差距较大,其中最为满意的为经济环境;而对政策行政环境满意度最差。在此基础上,找出苏州人才软环境存在的主要问题,并有针对性的提出优化苏州人才软环境的政策建议。
This paper evaluates the satisfaction of Suzhou talent soft environment based on questionnaire survey. The re- sults show that the satisfaction of Suzhou talent soft environment is better overall, but there is a big gap between the sub - environment. The economic environment is one of the most satisfactory sub - environment. And administrative & policy en- vironment is the worst. Based on the detailed analysis, this paper finds out the main problems of Suzhou talent soft environ- ment, and proposes policy recommendations accordingly to improve Suzhou talent soft environment.
