略论闽、粤、桂木材战略储备基地建设的先导性

On the Wood Strategic Reserve Bases in Pilot Fujian, Guangdong and Guangxi

论述了木材战略储备的内涵、特点及形式,阐述了我国福建、广东、广西三省（区）建设木材战略储备基地的基础和条件,这三省（区）拥有相似的自然条件,具备林业发展和速丰林发展的较好基础,从重点地区、主要树种、发展方式和模式等方面提出了建设木材战略储备基地的框架,同时进行了政策措施的探索。

This paper discusses the content, features and form, holds that the timber of a strategic reserve of Fujian, Guangdong and Guangxi provinces in China bases in the foundation and conditions, these provinces have similar natu- ral conditions, the development of forestry and fist-growing and the basis for high-yielding forest development, from key areas to the main tree species, manner and mode of strategic reserve base, building timber frame of three provinces, at the same time gives the exploration of policy measures.
