摘要
QS认证是肉制品加工企业生产经营的必要条件,本文就肉制品QS申报流程及其材料准备和审核过程中容易出现的问题进行简要概述,以期对肉制品和其他食品企业QS申报工作提供一定的参考价值。
QS certification was an essential condition for production and management in meat product enterprises. QS declaration procedures of meat products and some common problems encountered in auditing process were summarized in this paper, and hope to provide references for QS declaration in meat manufactory and other food enterprises.
