摘要
基于大型型钢轧机接轴托架系统的受力分析,得到平衡状态下弹簧所受载荷。在此基础上建立弹簧三维实体有限元模型,计算弹簧在压缩载荷作用下的变形和应力分布,对弹簧的强度和刚度进行校核。分析结果表明,接轴弹簧强度和刚度均满足设计要求。
Based on the force analysis of spindle bracket of large section mill, obtain the load of spring under balance state and establish the 3D solid FEA model of spring to calculate the deformation and stress distribution of spring under eompression load and verify the strength and rigidity of spring. The results show that the strength and rigidity of spindle spring are satisfied with the design requirement.
