On the Training of Outstanding Engineers′Leadership

摘要 "卓越计划"不仅要求卓越工程师在各自的专业领域是高水平的专家,更要求他们能够全面发展,综合素质高,成为所在行业企业的领军人物。工程师领导力的培养多年来一直得到美英等世界发达国家的高度重视,也是卓越工程师培养的一项重要任务。本文试图系统地讨论和研究当前国际高等工程教育界高度重视的这一重要专题,包括卓越工程师领导力培养的重要性、卓越工程师领导力的构成要素、卓越工程师领导力培养的L-A-R模式、卓越工程师领导力培养的课内学习、卓越工程师领导力培养的课外实践以及卓越工程师领导力培养的教师选择等六个方面,以期为"卓越计划"参与高校开展卓越工程师领导力培养的教育教学工作提供建议和参考。 "The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers (PETOE)" requires "Uutstanding Engineers" not only to be the high-level experts in their own professional fields, but also to be able to develop in an all-around way with high comprehensive quality to become the leaders in their business circle. Such developed counties as USA and UK have always attached great importance to engineerst leadership training over the years, which is also an important task of "Outstanding Engineers" training. The paper tries to systematically discuss and study the important issue which is taken seriously by international higher engineering education sector, including the importance of and the elements counting for outstanding engineers training, L-- A-- R model, curricular study, extracurricular practice and selection of teachers for Outstanding Engineers Leadership training, etc. The purpose is to provide advice and reference for PETOE participant universities to launch the educating and teaching of "Outstanding Engineers" leadership training.
