摘要
工程的学科性决定了工程实践是高等工程教育的基石。当前,高等工程教育改革的普遍趋势就是回归工程实践。国外国内"回归工程实践"的背景、目的不尽相同,但本质上是强调工程教育应回归教学、回归人的全面自由发展。在我国,省属工科院校是这类改革的重点。应对教育观念、师资队伍建设、课程建设、实训基地建设、教学过程与管理方面的问题,省属工科院校必须坚持内涵式发展,着力破除工程教学中的体制机制障碍,构建符合教育规律的高等工程教育。
The disciplinary feature of engineering determines that the engineering practice is the cornerstone of higher engineering education. Currently, the general trend of higher engineering education reforms is to regress to engineering practice. Although the background and purpose of "regressing to engineering practice" home and aboard are not the same, in essence, it advocates that engineering education should regress to teaching and to people's all-around development. In China, such a reform is centered on provincial engineering colleges. To cope with the problems concerning educational concept, building up teachers' team, curriculum construction, training base construction and teaching & management, the provincial engineering colleges have to strengthen themselves and get rid of the mechanism obstacles in the process of teaching so as to make it worthy of the name.
