摘要
本文从"目标管理理论"出发,试图构建"高校人才培养质量目标管理理论"的基本思想,在相应的实践操作上亦有独特的探索、绩效及跟进思考。
By means of objective management theory, this paper tries to construct the basic idea of the objective management theory of talents training quality in higher institutions. In practice, the idea of the paper is more operational and effective, so it breaks new ground for this topic.
