关于我国公共图书馆战略目标的思考

Thinking about the Strategic Goal for Public Libraries in China

战略目标是公共图书馆战略规划的核心,是图书馆为特定时间内所制定的全局性、方向性的发展奋斗目标,具有协调性、可行性、发展性、简洁性等特点。本文从战略目标的层级、模式、内容等方面探讨了如何制定公共图书馆战略目标,以期为我国公共图书馆战略实践提供借鉴。

Being the core element of strategic planning of public library,the strategic goal is the overall and long-term orientation of a lihrary for a spe- cific period of time, which is characterized with harmonious, feasible, developmental and concise nature. This paper mainly discusses how the public library can make strategic goal from three aspects such as the hierarchy.the model and the content of strategic goal. It is expected to provide reference for the practice of public library strategic planning in China.
