周扬的民间文艺学思想

Thoughts on Literal Criticism in Folklore by Zhou Yang

新中国成立后,民间文艺学领域出现了一个突出的群体——解放区学者,他们对于民间文艺的研究围绕"为人民大众的文艺"展开,其中最具代表性的就是周扬。周扬在民间文艺的研究中具体表现为:强调对民间文学形式和功能的利用,强调民间文学内容的人民性和尊重历史的原则。周扬重视和研究民间文学,是为政治追求服务的,是构建新中国人民的文艺之具体表现,对于20世纪下半叶民间文艺学的发展有着深远的影响。

After the founding of the new China in 1949, there emerged a striking group in the folk literature stud- ies scholars from the liberated areas. Their researches focus on ＂Art and Literature for the Mass＂. The representa- tive of this group is Zhou Yang. The core of Zhou Yang＇s literal thoughts is ＂People＇s Art＂ that emphasizes the utility of forms and functions of the folk literature, and the literal creations to serve for the mass and to respect the history. Re- garding the study of folk literature as a way for political pursuit, this group constructed the new people＇ s art and litera- ture in new China, which exerted a very important influence on the literal creations of folklore in the second half of the 20th century.
