摘要
目的探讨用不同方法处理标本对糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)测定结果的影响。方法收集4种不同HbA1c水平的EDTAK2和肝素钠抗凝全血,分别用10μl全血+400μl溶血剂、10μl红细胞+800μl溶血剂和10μl洗涤红细胞+800μl溶血剂处理后用免疫比浊法测定HbA1c。结果全血与红细胞、洗涤红细胞的HbA1c测定结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同抗凝方法的测定结果差异无统计学意义,红细胞和洗涤红细胞测定结果差异无统计学意义。结论 HbA1c检测的标准化应予以重视。
Objective To explore the result of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) influenced by samples treated with different methods. Methods The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin in whole blood samples were detected with 10 μl whole blood added into 400 μl hemolytic agent, 10 μl red blood cells added into 800 td hemolytic agent or 10μl washed red blood cells added into 800 μl hemolytic agent, then they were exam- ined by immunoturbidimetry. Results The difference in results of HbAlc level examined with whole blood, red blood ceils or washed red blood cells was statistically significant. The difference in results of HbAlc level in whole blood samples with different anticoagulants was not statistically significant. The difference in results of HbAlc level with red blood ceils or washed red blood cells was not statistically significant. Conclusion It is important to pay more attention in standardization of detection method for blood level of HbAlc.
