家兔自体基质血管成分改善脂肪组织移植效果的实验研究

Experimental study on effect of stromal vascular fraction cells using for improving autologous fat tissue transplantation

目的探讨自体基质血管成分对于提高脂肪组织移植后成活率的作用。方法选取健康家兔共6只,以各家免右侧耳朵移植区6个为研究组,左侧耳朵移植区6个为对照组,实验组采用脂肪组织2 ml复合基质血管成分0.2ml注射,对照组采用脂肪组织2 ml复合0.9%氯化钠溶液0.2 ml混合注射。结果 12例自体脂肪颗粒移植手术均获成功,受试部位未见血肿和感染发生,且移植脂肪组织内部未发现有变性坏死区域。两组受试部位术后当天的吸收率和存活率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。术后1、3、6个月两组脂肪组织吸收率均逐渐升高,但研究组脂肪组织吸收率均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。术后1、3、6个月两组存活率逐渐降低,但研究组存活率减少量较对照组小,两组术后各阶段存活率比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论基质血管成分同脂肪组织同样具有治疗的安全性,且研究组脂肪组织成活率高,吸收率增长速度慢,可尝试作为新的治疗方法进行临床验证。

Objective To study the effect of autologous stromal vascular component for improving the survival rate of fat tissue after transplanta- tion. Methods Six healthy rabbits were selected for this study. The right side of each ear was allocated in study group and its left side was as control group. The right sides of study group were injected with adipose tissue stromal vascular component composite, and the left sides of control group were in- jected with adipose tissue and saline composite. Results All 12 eases were succeeded, and there was no hematoma or infection. Transplanted fat tissue had no degeneration and necrosis area. There was no significant difference in absorption rate and survival rate between these two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Postoperative 1,3, 6 months, two groups of adipose tissue absorption rate are rising, but the study group adipose tissue absorption rate were significantly lower than the control group, their difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05 ）. The survival rates in 1,3, and 6 months of two groups were gradual- ly reduced, but the reduction in study group was significantly lower than that of control group （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Stromal vascular component and adipose tissue were beth safe in transplantation, transplantation with adipose tissue has high survival rate and slowly increased absorption rate.
