国产与进口血细胞分离机采集血小板的效果比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的对比分析国产和进口血细胞分离机单采血小板的效果。方法随机2011年1~12月健康献血员364名,分为MSC+组182例和XCF-3000组182例,分别采用MSC+(进口)和XCF-3000(国产)两种不同的血细胞分离仪进行采血分析,并比较血小板收集量、白细胞混入量及红细胞混入量、采集效率等指标的差异。结果与进口MSC+血细胞分离机比较,国产XCF-3000血细胞分离机全血处理量、血小板收集量、采集效率、红细胞混入量差异无显著性(P>0.05),白细胞混入量较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论国产血细胞分离机采集血小板的效果与进口血细胞分离机近似。 Objective To compare the efficiency of importing ( MSC + ) and domestic ( XCF - 3000) blood cell separator devices for platelet collection. Methods Blood samples were selected randomly from 364 donors from Jan. to Nov. 2011. They were divided into MSC + group (n = 182) and XCF -3000 group (n = 182 ). Platelet yield,red blood cell contamination,white blood contamination and collection efficien- cy were compared between two groups. Results There were no difference in platelet yield, red blood cell contamination and collection efficiency between two devices ( P 〉0.05), however, white blood contamination was significantly higher in XCF -3000 blood cell separator ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The efficiency of XCF - 3000 type blood cell separator is similar to that of MSC + type blood cell separator in platelet collection.
