桑麻合剂治疗小儿支气管炎临床对比研究

Clinical study on efficacy of Sangma mixture in treatment of pediatric patients with bronchitis

目的对桑麻合剂治疗小儿支气管炎的临床效果进行分析。方法抽取患有支气管炎(中医辨证:风热咳嗽)的临床确诊患儿病例76例,并将其随机分为A、B两组,每组38例。除采取常规治疗的方法外,对两组分别采用盐酸氨溴索口服液与桑麻合剂进行治疗。观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果 B组患儿的临床治疗效果优于A组;B组患儿治疗后病情出现反复的人数也明显比A组患儿少;在治疗过程中,两组患儿都未出现因服药而引起的的并发症以及不良反应现象。结论采用桑麻合剂治疗小儿患有支气管炎临床效果理想,值得推广使用。

Objective To adopt Sangma mixture （a decoction of Chinese herbal medicine containing Filimu Mori and Herba Ephedrae etc ） in treatment of pediatric patients suffering from bronchitis and to study its clinical curative effect. Methods Seventy six pediatric patients suf- fering from bronchitis （ wind - heat coughing in TCM term ） were divided into A and B two groups, each group with 38 cases. On the basis of rou- tine treatment, ambroxol hydrochloride solution or Sangma mixture were applied for treatment of patients in group A or B. The clinical efficacy of treatment, complications and adverse reactions and recurrence of disease were compared and analyzed between these two groups. Results The clinical curative effect of pediatric patients in group B is obviously superior to that of pediatric patients in group A ; and the number of cases with recurrence in group B after treatment was significantly less than that of group A. There was no case abandoned their therapeutic course in these two groups due to complications or adverse reactions. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Sangma mixture in treatment of pediatric patients suffering from bronchitis is ideal, and it is worthy to be recommended.
