摘要
[目的]水稻秆腐菌核病是苏打盐碱地水稻重要病害,为了筛选防治水稻秆腐菌核病有效杀菌剂对17种杀菌剂进行试验。[方法]利用生长速率法,对供试药剂建立毒力回归线,进行EC值分析。计算病情指数和防效并进行差异显著性分析。[结果]50%异菌脲WP、25%咪鲜胺(德国)EC和25%咪鲜胺EW防治效果明显,达到了80%以上;25%丙环唑EC达到70%。[结论]防治苏打盐碱地水稻秆腐菌核病首选50%异菌脲WP、25%咪鲜胺(德国)EC和25%咪鲜胺EW,25%丙环唑EC可以作为备选药剂。
[Aims] Sclerotiniose blight of rice stem rot is an important plant disease in the sodium bicarbonate soil of the Songnen plain. Effective fungicides to the disease were screened in this study. [Methods] Probit regression lines were established by using plate mycelium growth rate method, and EC values were analyzed. Then, disease indexes and control effects were calculated, and difference significances were analyzed by DPS software. [Results] Control effects of iprodione, prochloraz (made in Germany) and prochloraz (made in China) exceeded 80%, and that of propiconazole was 70%. [Conclusions] First, fungicide iprodione, prochloraz (made in Germany) and prochloraz (made in China) were used to control sclerotiniose blight of rice stem rot in the sodium bicarbonate soil. Then, fungicide propiconazole could be a candidate.
