摘要
目前高校行政管理中普遍存在工作职责不清、任职资格不明及绩效管理手段缺乏等一系列现实问题,在即将进行的第二轮聘岗和实现《教育规划纲要》所提出的高校人事制度改革目标之际,任职资格体系的建立是一项基础工作。"知能愿"模型可以为高校构建行政管理岗位的任职资格体系提供有益借鉴。在论述如何构建高校行政岗位任职资格体系的同时,着重介绍了定性指标的构建思路与方法。
