多针头静电纺丝工艺过程探讨 被引量:9

摘要 借助于Maxwell电场仿真模拟软件和具体实验研究了针头间距和针头数量对静电纺运动射流所处电场分布以及纤维最终沉积形态的影响。结果表明,随着针头间距的增加,电场相互干扰程度减弱,得到的环形纤网会由椭圆形向圆形转变。在多针头静电纺丝工艺中,靠中排布的针头得到的纤网与边缘针头对应的纤网的外观存在明显差别。基于此结果,设计了钢带式多针头连续静电纺丝装置,此装置可以通过调整针头排布并配合钢带旋转制备出不同幅宽和不同规格的均匀纳米纤维网。 Effects of needle spacing and number on the electric-field distribution and morphology of electrospun fibers were studied by means of Maxwell electric-field-simulation software and concrete experiments. Results showed that decrease of the mutual interference of electric field due to the increase of needle spacing would lead to the transition of outlook of the fibrous web from ellipse to circle. In multi- needle electrospinning process, there was a significant difference in the outlook between the fibrous webs obtained by the needles in the middle and those on the margin. According to the research conclusions, a steel-belt-type multi-needle electrospinning set-up was designed. Homogeneous nanofiber webs with different widths and specifications could be prepared through adjustment of the distribution of needles and rotation of the steel belt.
