摘要
以著名肉羊品种白萨福克羊为父本,中国美利奴羊(新疆型)为母本进行杂交,产生的杂交一代母羊全部留作回交一代的母本,中国美利奴羊(新疆型)特级种公羊作为回交一代的父本进行杂交利用试验。结果表明:杂交一代(F1)3月龄体重、6月龄体重和14月龄剪毛后体重分别较中国美利奴羊(新疆型)提高51.7%、23.7%和8.0%,差异均极显著(P<0.01)。回交一代(B1)3月龄体重和6月龄体重分别较中国美利奴羊(新疆型)提高39.5%(P<0.01)和17.1%(P<0.01)。杂交一代(F1)毛长、毛纤维直径和产毛量分别比中国美利奴羊(新疆型)提高了-14.4%、13.1%和-27.3%,差异也极显著(P<0.01)。回交一代(B1)毛长和产毛量分别比中国美利奴羊(新疆型)降低8.9%(P<0.01)和18.2%(P<0.01)。说明杂种羊肉用性能较中国美利奴羊(新疆型)得到显著改进。但与此同时,毛用性能退化显著。从肉毛兼用性考虑,回交一代要好于杂交一代。
An experiment was conducted on crossbred of White Suffolk(♂) and Chinese Merino sheep(Xinjiang type)(♀).The result showed that the first-filial generation weights at age of 3,6 and 14(after-shearing) months old increased by 51.7%,23.7 % and 8.0 % respectively,compared with Chinese Merino sheep,the differences were extremely significant(P<0.01);the backcross offspring weights at age of 3 and 6 months old increased by 39.5 % and 17.1 % respectively,compared with Chinese Merino sheep,the differences were extremely significant(P<0.01);for the first-filial generation,the wool length and individual wool yield decreased by 14.4 % and 27.3 % respectively,while the fiber diameter increased by 13.1 %,compared with Chinese Merino sheep,the differences were extremely significant(P<0.01);the wool length and individual wool yield of backcross offspring decreased by 8.9 %(P<0.01)and 18.2 %(P<0.01)respectively,compared with Chinese Merino sheep.This research suggested that meat performance of the crossbred sheep was improved obviously,compared with Chinese Merino sheep.At the same time,the wool performance of the crossbred degraded significantly.Considering sheep meat performance and wool performance comprehenisively,the backcross offspring was better than the first-filial generation.
