基于主成分分析法建立鸭一般抗病力的评估模型 被引量:6

Assessment Model of General Disease Resistance in Duck Using Principal Component Analysis

摘要 研究对家鸭(金定鸭、樱桃谷鸭、苏牧麻鸭)、番鸭、半番鸭的白蛋白(X1)、球蛋白(X2)、总蛋白(X3)、IgA(X4)、IgM(X5)、IgG(X6)和AI抗体HI效价(X7)等7个免疫指标进行测定,并对这7个免疫指标进行主成分分析。结果表明:选取前2个特征值作为2个主成分(累计贡献率达到90.70%),基本上反映了原所有免疫指标包含的全部信息;通过建立主成分综合评价模型,比较5个群体主成分综合得分,金定鸭得分最高,其次分别为樱桃谷鸭、番鸭,苏牧麻鸭、半番鸭表现较低。 Some immune traits, such as serum albumin, globulin, total protein, IgA, IgM, IgG, AI antibody HI titer, were tested in Jinding duck, Cherry Valley duck, Sumu duck (Cherry Valley duck ♂× Jinding duck ♀ ), Muscovy duck, and mule duck (Muscovy duck ♂ xdomestic duck ♀ ). The principal component analysis was carried out on the immune traits of different duck. The results showed that fore 2 character values were selected as the principal component (occupied 90.70% of total information amount), the two components contained nearly all the original information. The difference of the combined scores of the two components were compared by the assessment model, the results showed that the general disease resistance of Jinding duck was the best, Cherry Valley duck and Muscovy duck were the second, and Sumu duck and mule duck the worst.
