摘要
在防雷接地工程中采用低电阻率的导电材料有助于降低接地电阻值,改善防雷效果。采用试验研究了碳纤维掺量、龄期等对混凝土电阻率和力学性能的影响,用统计方法分析了渗滤现象。试验结果表明:材料的电阻率随着碳纤维掺量的增加而降低,随龄期增长而增长,电阻率最低可达Ω.m级,碳纤维掺量的上渗滤阈值在0.3%左右,下渗滤阈值在0.5%左右。碳纤维的掺入可以降低混凝土立方体抗压强度,但可以提高劈裂抗拉强度。
Usinglow resistivity conductive material helps to reduce grounding resistance and improve lightning protection effects in Protection against lightning and grounding engineering.Effect of carbon fiber mixing amount and maintaining age on resistivity and mechanical properties of concrete was tested and the percolation phenomenon was analyzed using statistical analysis method.The results show that:the resistivity increases with the carbon fiber content decreases and with maintaining age grows,the lowest resistivity can be Ω.m level.The upper percolation threshold of carbon fiber content is about 0.3% and the lower one is about 0.5% .Incorporation of carbon fiber can reduce the concrete cube compressive strength,but can improvesplitting tensile strength.
