摘要
近年来,随着大跨径、长悬臂、高耸建筑的飞速发展和普及,施工要求混凝土能远距离、高扬程地泵送。施工单位需综合考虑不同地区原材料供应情况、现场施工操作等各种因素确定混凝土配合比方案。研究结合施工实际,从混凝土的工作性、外观、施工现场操作、成本等4个方面论述,比较P.O 42.5级和P.O 52.5级两种水泥配制的C50泵送混凝土,说明前者较于后者的综合优势,用于指导施工,也为试配高强高性能混凝土提供一条思路。
In recent years,with the long span,long cantilever and tall building have made rabid development and gotten tmiversal,concrete should be pumped to attain the long range and high lift of construction requirements.The construction unit need to consider the different regions of the raw material supply situation, construction and the other factor to determine the concrete grade.This thesis combine with the construction prac- tice, discuss from this four aspects,including concrete workability, appearance, operation and cost.Comparison of P-O 42.5 and P-O 52.5 this two kinds of cernent forming C50 pumping concrete, the latter has comprehensive superiority, and use it to guide the construction, and provide a train of thought for making the high strength and high performance concrete.
