摘要
废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒的加入可提高水泥胶砂的抗冲击性能,增大其韧性,但大幅度降低了其抗压、抗折强度。通过采用NaOH、PVA、CCl43种溶液对橡胶颗粒进行改性,并测试其性能,可知掺入经PVA溶液改性的橡胶颗粒可有效降低强度损失,但对水泥胶砂的干缩率影响不大。
Adding scrap tire rubbers particles can improve the impact resistance performance of cement mortar, increase its toughness, but greatly reduces the compressive, flexural strength.Modifying the rubber particles through three solution ofNaOH,PVA, CCl4 t, and testing its per- formance,we can see the rubber particles modified by PVA can effectively reduce the strength loss,but have little effect on the drying shrinkage of cement mortar.
