摘要
结合溪洛渡水电站大坝工程,进行改性PVA纤维混凝土的性能试验研究。试验结果表明:适量增加外加剂掺量,改性PVA纤维混凝土可保持良好的拌合物性能。掺改性PVA纤维能有效提高混凝土的早期抗压强度、劈拉强度和极限拉伸值,减小混凝土的干缩率及自生体积收缩变形,显著提高大坝混凝土的抗裂安全系数,改善混凝土的抗裂性,其增强效果在工程应用中也得到验证,试验结果可为其他工程提供技术参考。
Based on project of Xiluodu hydropower dam,test of concrete with modified PVA fiber was carried out,The results showed that con- crete mixture with fiber can maintain good performance by increasing the amount of admixture.Modified PVA fiber can increase early compres- sive strength, splitting tensile strength and ultimate tensile value of concrete, and reduce dry shrinkage and autogenous volume deformation,which significantly improved crack resistance of concrete.Its enhancement in engineering has been verified,the results can provide technical reference for other projects.
