响应面法超声辅助提取优化橄榄苦苷工艺的研究 被引量:6

Optimization of Ultrasound-assisted Extraction of Oleuropein from Oleaeuropaea L.Leaf Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要 根据Box-Benhnken中心组合实验设计的原理,在单因素实验的基础上,选取了对橄榄苦苷提取率影响较大的4个因素(温度、超声功率、提取时间和料液比),采用4因素3水平的响应曲面分析法,建立了油橄榄叶中橄榄苦苷提取的二次多项式数学模型,优化橄榄苦苷的超声提取最佳工艺条件,在温度51℃,超声功率71W,提取时间32 min,料液比1∶30条件下,橄榄苦苷提取率达到7.18%。与常规溶剂法相比,超声波提取是一种生产成本低、提取效率高、周期短的方法,具有良好的开发前景。 According to the central design principle of Box-Benhnken and the basis of single factor experiment,four influence factors,temperature,ultrasonic power,time and ratio of material to liquid,with three levels were selected to investigate the extraction efficiency of oleuropein.And the quadratic polynomial mathematical model was established in order to optimize the condition of ultrasonic extraction technology.The results of Research Surface Methodology(RSM) showed that the optimal conditions of the experiment were as follows∶ temperature 51 ℃,ultrasonic power 71 W,material/liquid(g/mL)1∶ 30,ultrasonic time 30 min,with the extraction yield 7.18%.Compared with the solvent extraction,ultrasonic extraction technology is low-cost,high-effective,short-period and considered to have great potential.
