抽血质量影响因素与控制策略研究

目的分析影响抽血质量的因素,以加强对抽血的质量控制的管理。方法回顾2010年1月～2012年1月期间的200236例抽血检验结果 ,临床症状不符合和不合格的抽血样本的检验结果进行统计,并且分析导致抽血质量不合格的原因。结果发现抽血检验结果与临床症状不符和不合格的抽血样本共220例,总不合格率为0.110%,其中182例在抽血过程中,抽血样本出现质量问题,占总不合格抽血样本的82.73%,抽血质量的主要影响因素为抽血样本出现溶血,共65例。结论应加强抽血过程的质控,加强管理,保证血液检验的准确性。

Objective To analysze the influence factors on the quality of the blood, in order to strengthen the management of the quality control of blood. Methods To review our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 of 200236 cases of blood test results, statistics and clinical symptoms of blood samples and not unqualified samples of blood, and analyze the reason of blood unqualified. Results The blood test results and that clinical symptoms and not unqualified blood sample a total of 220 patients, always don＇t percent of pass is 0.110%, among them 182 cases were in the process of blood is caused, unqualified blood samples total of 82.73% of the main factors influencing the quality of blood for blood sample appear hemolysis, accounting for 65 cases. Conclusion Strenghten quality controlquality of the process of blood, guarantee the accuracy of the blood test.
