云南白药与宫血宁治疗放置宫内节育器T Cu380出血300例疗效与成本分析

目的分析研究云南白药和宫血宁在防治妇女放置宫内节育器后阴道流血的临床疗效和医疗费用。方法将自愿接受放置宫内节育器TCu380的妇女,按手术顺序随机分为两组,每组150名,分别服用云南白药和宫血宁胶囊,观察记录两组的出血时间、出血量和疗效,统计各人的用药量和药费额,并进行汇总比较分析。结果两组的出血时间和出血量差异不甚明显,云南白药组有效率90.67%,宫血宁组有效率92%。两组药费差别较大,按照当地医院销售价格,云南白药组每人平均药费为282元,宫血宁组为468元,二者药费差别186元。结论云南白药与宫血宁胶囊在防治妇女放置宫内节育器后阴道出血时都有明显疗效,但费用差异较大,云南白药适宜在贫困地区推广应用。

Objective To analyze and study of Yunnan Baiyao and Gongxuening in prevention and treatment of women with intrauterine device after vaginal bleeding clinical outcomes and health care costs. Methods The voluntary acceptance of IUD T Cu380women, according to the sequence of the operation were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 150, were treated with Yunnan Baiyao and Gongxuening Capsule, observation records of two groups of bleeding time, bleeding volume and efficacy, dosage of drugs and statistics of his forehead, and aggregated comparative analysis. Results Two groups of the bleeding time and bleeding volume difference is not so obvious, Yunnan Baiyao group, the effective rate was 90.57%, the effective rate of Gongxuening group92%. Two groups of drugs vary greatly, according to the local hospital sales price of Yurman Baiyao group average cost is 282 yuan,468 yuan of Gongxuening group, the two drugs differ186 yuan. Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao with Gongxuening Capsule in prevention and treatment of women with intrauterine device after vaginal bleeding has obvious curative effect, but the cost difference is bigger, Yunnan Baiyao suitable in poor areas of application.
