胃大部切除术后残胃功能性排空障碍患者护理干预效果观察

目的观察探讨胃大部切除术后残胃功能性排空障碍患者护理干预的临床效果。方法选择2005年1月～2010年11月来就诊的97例进行胃大部切除术后残胃功能性排空障碍患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,试验组患者48例,术后16～20h内给予肠内营养。对照组患者49例,术后通过静脉输液进行肠外营养支持。观察患者术后恢复饮食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及住院天数的差异。结果试验组患者48例,饮食恢复平均时间为(79.54±4.3)h,肠鸣音平均恢复时间为(63.27±5.33)h。对照组患者49例,饮食恢复平均时间为(96.14±5.2)h,肠鸣音平均恢复时间为(85.31±4.18)h。两组患者饮食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者与对照组患者住院天数分别为(14.56±1.37)d、(15.72±1.58)d,两组患者住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃大部切除术后残胃功能性排空障碍患者采用肠内营养有助于患者康复。

Objective To observe the nursing intervention for the patients of resection gastric remnant functional emptying after partialgastrectomy. Methods Collected and analyzed of 97 cases, which taken in our hospital from January 2005 to November 2010, of resection gastric remnant functional emptying after partial gastrectomy, were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group （GE） consisted of 48 patients got postoperative enteral nutrition within 16-20 hours. Control group （GC） consisted of 49 cases got postoperative parenteral nutrition by intravenous infusion. Observed in patients with postoperative recovery diet, bowel sounds recovery time and hospital differences in the number of days. Results In GE, the diet to restore the average time was （79.54 ±4.3） h, bowel sounds and the average recovery time was （63.27 ± 5.33） h. In GC, diet to restore the average time was （96.14 ± 5.2） h, bowel sounds and the average recovery time was 85.31 ± 4.18h. There was significant difference between each other （P〈0.05）. And there was no significant difference in hospitalized days （14.56 ±1.37/15.72 ±1.58） （P〉0.05）. Conclusion It is well-use to give postoperative enteral nutrition for the patients of resection gastric remnant functional emptying after partial gastrectomy.
