乙肝宁药材中鞣质含量测定及壳聚糖絮凝澄清法对五倍子鞣质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的对乙肝宁药材中的鞣质提取分离测定;测定鞣质的吸湿率及临界相对湿度(CRH),并考察壳聚糖对鞣质的絮凝作用。方法采用改进的2010版《中国药典》鞣质含量的测定方法,即磷钼钨酸-干酪酸比色法,以没食子酸为对照测定;采用过饱和溶液法,测定鞣质吸湿时间曲线;根据25℃不同湿度条件下的吸湿平衡曲线测定其临界相对湿度;采用比色法测定壳聚糖对鞣质的絮凝作用。结果乙肝宁药材水浸提鞣质含量<1%,鞣质有一定的吸湿性,CHR为66.8%,壳聚糖能显著絮凝吸附鞣质。结论壳聚糖对乙肝宁颗粒的吸湿性影响与鞣质有关。 Objective Extract and separate the tannins in Yiganning granule;Test the humidity obsorption rate and critical relative humidity(CHR) of obtained tannins,and then study the floocalation of chitosan on tannins. Methods Employ the improved method in Chinese pharmacopeia,which is Phosphomolybdic acid-Dry los element method,to test the content of tannins;Use and the gallic acid as refere substance to draw standaed curve;The curve of moisture obsorption is drawed by applying superturated solution method;Determine the critical relative humidity according to balance curve of humidity absorption under the humidity condition of 25℃;Study the floocalation of chitosan on tannins by Colorimetry. Results The content of tannin extraced by thermal extraction method is less than 1%;Tannins have the characteristic of moisture absorption,and its CHR is 66.8%;Tannins can be adhered to chitason easily. Conclusion The impact of chitason on Yiganning granules moisture absorption has something to do with tannin.
