717解毒合剂对蝮蛇咬伤大鼠血清HAase干预作用的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察717解毒合剂对蝮蛇咬伤大鼠血清透明质酸酶的干预作用。方法蝮蛇毒经大鼠左下肢局部皮下注射造模后,中药组、血清组和中药加血清组3组干预治疗,从大鼠球后静脉取血,采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠在实验不同时段血清HAase的水平。结果模型组血清HAase的含量高于正常组(P<0.05)。治疗后与模型组比较,各治疗组血清HAase含量降低(P<0.05),且以中药加血清组疗效最好。结论 717解毒合剂可以降低蝮蛇大鼠血清HAase值。
