摘要
目的研究脾肾两虚型脑瘫双生子的差异基因表达谱,从基因表达水平探讨脾肾两虚型脑瘫发生的分子机制。方法利用基因芯片技术对筛选的两对"正常-脑瘫"脾肾两虚型双生子进行基因表达谱实验,利用GO、KEGG等数据库对获得的差异表达基因进行生物信息挖掘。结果两对脑瘫双生子差异表达基因均涉及多个GO类及KEGG通路,其差异表达基因注释到的通路大多与免疫功能相关。结论免疫功能的异常可能是脾肾两虚型脑瘫发生的关键病机之一。
Objective To study the differentially expressed gene profile of cerebral palsy twins with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome and explore its molecular mechanism at gene expression level. Methods CDNA microarray test was carried out to screen the differentially expressed gene profile of two "normal-CP" twins with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.The gene expression data were functionally annotated through several databases such as GO,KEGG,etc. Results The differentially expressed genes of CP were involved many Gene Ontology categories and KEGG pathways,and most of pathways were screened related to immune function. Conclusion It can be inferred that the key pathogenesis of CP with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome may be closely related to abnormal immune function.
