命门穴艾灸对肾阳虚小鼠血清、胸腺和脾脏SOD、MDA的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察命门穴艾灸对肾阳虚小鼠自由基代谢的影响。方法采用肌注氢化可的松法造模,将小鼠随机分为正常组、正常加灸组、模型组和模型加灸组,观察命门穴艾灸后各组小鼠体质量变化,血清、胸腺和脾脏中SOD活性及MDA含量的变化。结果与非造模组对比,造模两组小鼠体质量增长明显降低(P<0.01);经命门穴艾灸治疗后,在小鼠血清、胸腺和脾脏中,与模型组对比,模型加灸组小鼠的SOD活性明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),而MDA的含量明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论命门穴艾灸对肾阳虚小鼠有明显的治疗作用,提高机体抗氧化能力。 Objective To observe the effect on free radical metabolism of moxibustion at "mingmen" in the mice with kidney-"yang" deficiency. Methods Cortisol was used to make the kidney-"yang" deficiency model by intramuscular injection.The mice were randomly divided into normal group,normal moxibustion group and model group and model moxibustion group.To observe the change of the weight of the mice after moxibustion at "mingmen",as well as the change of SOD activity and MDA content in serum,thymus and spleen organizations. Results Compared with the normal group,the weight increase of the model groups significantly decreased(P〈0.01).After moxibustion at "mingmen",SOD activity of the model moxibustion group significantly increased in serum,thymus and spleen(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05),while MAD content significantly decreased(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect of moxibustion at "mingmen" is obvious,which can improve the body oxidation resistance in the mice with kidney-"yang" deficiency.
