神经肽Y及其亚型受体在动脉粥样硬化中的作用
摘要
动脉粥样硬化等心血管疾病的治疗仍然是临床难点之一。近年研究发现,神经肽Y(Neuropeptide Y,NPY)作为支配外周血管的交感神经递质,在促动脉粥样硬化发生中也发挥着重要的作用,它不仅促进动脉血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cells,VSMC)异常增殖,还介导了巨噬细胞及血小板在粥样硬化病变过程的病理变化。本综述主要探讨NPY在动脉粥样硬化病变发生发展过程中的作用。
