摘要
针对闪速炉水淬渣排水砷含量高的特点,提出将整体水淬渣水作为治理对象,用投加硫酸亚铁作为铁砷共沉淀,促使水中的砷离子形成絮状沉淀物的处理工艺。该工艺能够有效地降低水淬渣水中砷的含量,处理后砷含量符合后续工艺中的要求,使最终排外废水砷含量低于国家标准。
In view of the high arsenic content in drainage from flash furnace slag granulation, the paper has put forward the treating process of taking slag granulation water as object and adding ferrous sulfate as iron arsenic corecipitation to make arsenic ion in the water form flocculent precipitate. The process can effectively reduce arsenic content in slag granulation water. After treatment, the arsenic content will meet the requirements in subsequent processes, so that the arsenic content in final waste water effluent will be lower than that in national standards.
