摘要
在介绍云南铜业冶炼SO2烟气制酸工艺DCS控制系统的系统结构、主要功能、存在问题的基础上,分析了公司通过技术更新,改进、完善烟气制酸控制系统的实施方案。改造后,新系统满足了生产工艺系统的扩展要求,拓展了系统新功能,实现了控制系统信息共享,增强了系统的安全性、稳定性及可维护性,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the introduction of system structure, major fimctions and existing problems ot DSC control system xor acidmaking from smelting S02 gas in Yunnan Copper, the author analyzed the company's implementation plum to improve and perfect the control system of acid making from gas through technical update. After upgrade, the new system satisfies the requirements for extending production process system, expands new functions of the system, realizes information sharing of the control system, intensifies safety, stability and maintainability of the system, and obtains preferable economic benefit and social benefit.
