摘要
对比了Contirod双带式铸造工艺与SCR五轮轮带铸造工艺的产能和产品质量、铸造原理和工艺。分析证明,两种生产工艺的特点明显,各有优势,一旦工艺磨合均可以生产出优质的铜杆。
The paper has compared the capacity and product quality, casting principle and process of Contirod biobelt casting process and SCR five wheel belt casting process. The analysis has proved that the two production processes have their own characteristics and advantages and both of the processes can produce high quality copper rod after process running-in.
