摘要
结合倒置A2/O污水处理厂多年实际运行数据,对中小型污水处理厂的节能管理及如何合理控制DO溶解氧展开研究。实践证明,通过提升泵房节能管理系统+曝气风量计算功能模块+曝气风量调节功能模块+阀门调节功能模块有效杜绝了传统人工控制方法所存在的弊端。实施节能管理后,各项出水指标均满足排放指标,且整厂节能效益将达到15%。
In combination with the real operation data of inverted A2/O sewage treatment plant for many years, the authors researched into the energy saving management in small and medium sized sewage treatment plants and the way how to reasonably control DO (dissolved oxygen). The practice has proved that the improvement of pump room energy saving management system + aeration air volume calculation function module + aeration air volume regulation function module + valve regulation function module has effectively stopped the disadvantages of traditional manual control mode. After the implementation of energy saving management, all effluent indicators meet the emission standard and the benefit from energy saving of the whole plant will reach 15%.
