摘要
昆钢时提出的“隧道窑直接还原一电炉炼钢”双联工艺进行了相关试验研究,验证了钒钛矿直接还原铁电炉提钒炼钢工艺的可行性。在电炉冶炼条件下,钒钛矿中的V2O5;收率可以≥60%。
Based on the proposed "tunnel kiln direct reduction--electric furnace steelmaking" duplex process, the relative experiment and study were made. The feasibility of electric furnace steel-making process, with direct reduction iron form V-Ti-magnetite, was verified. Under the conditions of electric furnace smelting, V2O5 recovery rate from V-Ti-magnetite is greater than and equal to 60%.
