摘要
以强制循环厌氧反应器为研究对象,考察了第1次启动情况和启动前后反应器内污泥性质的变化.结果表明:强制循环厌氧反应器(FCR)启动运行25 d后,当反应器容积负荷为0.6 kg.COD/(m3.d),水力停留时间(HRT)42 h,溶解性化学需氧量(S-COD)去除率可达61.4%,最后出水S-COD<700 mg/L.故使用新型强制循环反应器处理纺织印染废水,扩展了反应器的应用范围.
In our research the first startup state of Forced circulation anaerobic reactors (FCR) and the characteristic changes of its sludge before and after startup were investigated. The results showed that after FCR had running for 25 days, when the volume load of the reactor was 0.6 kg · COD/( m^3 · d) , hydraulic retention time(HRT) was 42h, solubility chenical oxygen demand(S-COD) removal rate of FCR could reach to 61.4 % , and S-COD in effluent was less than 700 mg/L. So the new forced circulation reactor to treat textile dye wastewater extended the application field of FCR.
