摘要
针对采用PLC的延迟焦化间歇过程顺序控制系统,提出了其仿真培训系统的设计方法.根据延迟焦化过程间歇操作的特性,深入研究了仿真培训系统的硬件平台、软件平台,顺序控制逻辑的实现方法以及人机界面设计等问题.现场的成功应用表明:该设计方法是正确和有效的.
The paper focuses on a simulation train system of PLC based sequence control systems for delayed coking process. The batch process of delayed coking is analyzed firstly. The hardware and software platforms, along with the implementation of the sequence control logic and the man-machine interface design, are investigated extensively and respectively. The validity of the proposed design method is further convinced by the field application.
