In order to increase the teaching effect of road surveying and design,combining with my teaching experience this article puts forward the specific thought and method about the teaching reform of road surveying and design according to the request of college major in Nanyang Institute of Technology.Also this article explores the method on increasing the teaching effect.Practice teaching has proved that the research has good effect.
