外商对华直接投资的新特点与我国对策

New Characteristics of the Foreign Direct Investment in China(FDI) and the Corresponding Countermeasures

新世纪以来,外商对华直接投资的特点主要表现在:由制造业向服务业尤其是服务外包产业转移;中西部地区及其第二产业外商投资持续增长,东部地区及第二产业缓慢下降;独资投资、研发投资与总部经济投资成为趋势。应该继续完善外资政策,不断优化投资环境,改善外商投资产业结构和区域结构。

Since the new century, the main characteristics of the foreign direct investment in China （FDI） are shown as follows ： the FDI is transferring from manufacturing sectors to service ones, especially to outsourcing; the foreign investment in Midwest China and its secondary industry is growing continuously, while the one in East China and its secondary industry is inching down; investment by sole owned enterprises, and in R＆D and the headquarter economy is becoming a trend. We should continue to improve the foreign policy, optimize the investment environment of foreign capital, perfect the foreign investment industrial and regional structure.
