区域战略视角下中国地区差异时空演化特征研究

Study on the Space-Time Evolution Features of China's Regional Economic Differences from 1952 to 2009:Based on the Perspective of Regional Economic Development Strategy

利用泰尔指数、全局空间自相关指数和局部空间自相关指数等指标,在Eviews和ArcGIS等软件支持下,从时间、空间和空间关联性三方面分析中国在不同区域发展战略时期地区经济差异演化规律。结果表明:在平衡发展战略时期,中国地区经济相对差异较小,主要表现为南北间差异和东西间差异并存的格局,且全局空间分布呈随机状态;在非均衡发展战略时期,相对差异较大,呈现经济发达地区向东部集聚而欠发达地区向中西部集聚的分异状态;在协调发展战略时期,东西间相对差异开始收敛,但集聚和分异的趋势依然显著。

On the basis of analysis of domestic and international studies on regional economic growth and spatial structure of e- conomic inequality, using the Theil index and the index of global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation about per capita GDP of every province in China, with the software supports of Eviews and ArcGIS, from the views of time, space and spatial correlation,the features of the space-time evolution of China＇s regional economic differences during three different regional development strategy are analyzed, which shows that during different regional development sl：rategy periods the different characteristics about regional economic differences are different： 1）In the period of the balanced development strategy, the relative regional economic differences in China are small, mainly for the pattern of coexistence of differences between North and South, East and West, and the global spatial distribution being random state; 2）In the period of the non-balanced development strategy, the relative regional economic differences in China are big, turning to the difference between East and West, and showing the concentration state in global spatial distribution and the differentiation of East-high and West-low in local spatial distribution; 3） In the period of the coordinated development strategy, the relative differences are slowing down, the difference between East and West beginning to converge, and the concentration enhancing in global spatial distribution and the differentiation moving in local spatial distribution.
