护理专业本科生临床学习环境评价与实习焦虑感关系的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解护理专业本科生临床学习环境与实习焦虑感之间的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、状态一特质焦虑问卷、临床学习环境评价量表,对天津中医药大学、天津医科大学190名护理实习生进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果护理专业本科临床实习生状态焦虑得分为(48.84±7.56)分,特质焦虑得分为(42.06±9.91)分。状态焦虑评分高于大学生常模且差异明显;护理本科实习生对临床学习环境的评价总平均分为(146.63±23.37)分;护理专业本科生临床学习环境与实习焦虑感之间呈显著负相关关系。结论护理专业本科临床实习生存在焦虑感,临床学习环境的评价与临床实习生焦虑感呈显著负相关,且临床学习环境的评价影响焦虑感。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the clinical practice environment and the anxiety in nursing undergraduates. Methods One hundred and ninety nursing undergraduates in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tianjin Medical University were investigated by The General Information Form, STAI and Clinical Learning Environmental Scale(CLES). The results under- went analysis. Results The students were scored (48.84±7.56) by the state anxiety scale. The students were scored (42.06±9.91) by the trait anxiety scale. The students were scored (146.63±23.37) by the Clinical Learning Environmental Scale. The clinical practice environment of clinical practice nursing undergraduates was negatively correlated to the anxiety. Conclusions Anxiety existed in nursing undergraduates during clinical practice. The anxiety of clinical practice nursing undergraduates was negatively correlated to the clinical practice environment and the evaluation of the clinical practice environment has influence on the students' anxiety.
