临床路径对急性脑卒中患者康复效果、住院费用及护理满意度的影响

Effect of clinical nursing pathway on rehabilitation effect, hospitalization cost and satisfaction degree ofpatients with acute stroke

目的探讨临床护理路径对急性脑卒中患者康复效果、住院费用及满意度的影响。方法将2009年12月至2010年6月收治的100例急性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径，比较2组患者的护理效果。结果护理后观察组的神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力的改善、住院时间、住院费用、健康教育内容的达标率、护理质量的满意度等指标均显著优于对照组。结论临床护理路径有利于缩短急性脑卒中患者的住院时间，减少住院费用，提高护理满意度及患者的康复效果。

Objective To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway on rehabilitation effect, hospital- ization cost and satisfaction degree of patients with acute stroke. Methods 100 cases of acute cerebral, stroke patients in our hospital from December 2009 to June 2010 were divided into the observation group and the con- trol group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway. Nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results Neural function defect score, daily life ability improvement, hospitalization time and cost, the compliance rate of health education content, satisfaction degree with nursing quality in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway for patients with acute stroke can shorten hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization cost and improve the rehabilitation effect.
