摘要 将机场应急起降带选择问题作为一个多属性决策问题展开研究,对影响机场应急起降带选择的相关因素进行了分析梳理,确定了权重值,提出了基于TOPSIS解决应急起降带选择问题的决策方法,并通过算例验证了方法的可行性。 As a multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) problem, the right choice of emergency taking-off-and-landing strips or the minimum operating strip (MOS) scheme,is studied in the paper,with the influential factors in regard to the choice of emergency taking-off-and-landing strips analyzed and classified,and the weight value of the factors determined. Upon the ba- sis of our research and analyses, presented in the paper is a TOPSIS-based decision-making method for the choice of emergency taking-off-and-landing strips, the applicability of which is checked with practical calculation examples.
