云南与GMS国家农产品贸易竞争优势及互补性分析

The Study on Revealed Comparative Advantage and Competitiveness in Agriculture Products between Yunnan and the GMS

通过引入显性比较优势和贸易互补两大指数,参照昆明海关对农产品的定义,以云南与GMS各国HS编码商品分类中前四类和相关重点章节2001-2008年的贸易数据为分析内容,分别从区域层面和国别层面对云南-GMS农产品贸易的比较优势和互补性进行了实证研究。研究表明云南农产品、尤其是烟草和烟草制品、食用蔬菜等出口具有较强的比较优势;云南与GMS国家具有贸易互补性的有烟草和烟草制品、食用蔬菜、食用水果和坚果等商品;同时认为云南与GMS各成员国在各章农产品上也具有一定的互补性。最后为云南进一步加强与GMS各国的农产品贸易提出了加强优势产业的标准化和规模化建设等建议。

Based on the scope of ＂ Agricultural Products＂ defined by Kunming Customs, this paper analyzes the Yunnan - GMS 2001 - 2008 trading data of the first 4 sections and relates key chapters of HS code by apply- ing the Revealed Comparative Advantage Index and the Trade Complementary Index. The empirical research has been done from the level of sub -region and bilateral countries and the results show that the export of Yunnan agricultural products, especially tobacco and tobacco products, eatable vegetable has a strong competitive ad- vantage. In addition, Yunnan- GMSg trading on tobacco, vegetables, fruits and nuts shares the high comple- mentarities. Meanwhile, these complementarities can also be found in the trade of other key chapters between Yunnan and GMS member countries. Finally, relevant advice, such as the promotion of the standardization and expansion of those advantageous industries, has been proposed to enhance the agricultural products trade devel- opment between Yunnan province and GMS countries.
