摘要
铁路轨道是列车运行的基础设施,直接承受着机车车辆轮对传来的巨大压力。重载铁路由于大运量、大轴重、高密度、荷载作用时间长等特点,列车对轨道结构的冲击作用力较大,极易造成轨道部件破损,加速钢轨表面不平顺的恶化,使线路的维修工作量大大增加,甚至危及行车安全。结合朔黄重载铁路实际情况,选取2个典型路段进行了小半径曲线轨道状态及动力参数测试,以评估既有线路设备条件下货物列车运行的安全性、线路的稳定性和适应性,为朔黄铁路扩能技术改造积累基础性数据。
Railway tracks are the basic facilities for the operation of trains, which directly bear the great pressure transmitted by the train wheels. As far as the heavy-duty railways are concerned, owing to their characteristics of being great in transport quantity, large in axle load, high in density and long in the duration of being loaded, etc. , the impact of the train on the track structure is great, which tends to do damage to the parts of the track, speed up worsening the smoothness of the track surface, greatly increase the repair work of the railway line, and even endanger the safe operation of the railway. With the practical situa- tion of the Shuo-Huang Heavy-Duty Railway as a practical example, two typical sections of the Shuo-Huang Heavy-Duty Rail- way are chosen,and tests on the dynamic parameters and the state of the track of a small-radius-curved heavy-duty railway are conducted on them to evaluate the safety of freight trains running on the existing railways with the present equipments and de- vices, and the stability and adaptability of the existing railways, which provides the basic data for the future capability-expanding technical reform of the Shuo-Huang Heavy-Duty Railway.
